A 57-year-old man died in hospital after he was rescued unconscious from Bukit Timah Canal in Singapore on Saturday evening.
Rescuers found the man floating unconscious in the canal and used a ladder to bring him to safety. He was later taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where he died.
Police said preliminary investigations found no suspicion of foul play. Investigations are ongoing.
