The Court of Appeal has dismissed M. Indira Gandhi’s appeal to revive her RM100 million lawsuit against the police, the Home Ministry and the Malaysian government.
The case was linked to allegations that authorities failed to take action to locate her former husband and recover her daughter. The court reportedly highlighted shortcomings in the police’s handling of the matter but did not reinstate her lawsuit.
