Raja Permaisuri Agong Raja Zarith Sofiah has officiated the opening of the Merdeka Textile Museum (MTM) in Kuala Lumpur.
The museum showcases Malaysia’s textile heritage and reflects the country’s cultural identity and history.
The opening marks a new platform to preserve and introduce the richness of Malaysian textiles to the public and future generations.
