A man linked to the case involving a dog named Rocky is expected to be charged at the Klang Sessions Court on Thursday, Aug 20.
His lawyers confirmed that Muhammad Shah Hizam, 24, had received a summons from the Department of Veterinary Services and will appear in court at 9am.
The exact charge, including the section and law involved, is expected to be determined and read out in court.
