Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has reassured fans that there is no need to worry about his future, despite entering the final year of his contract.
Arteta said he wants to stay at Arsenal and is happy at the club, adding that a new deal will be resolved when the time is right.
He said other priorities, including the club’s transfer activities, have taken focus.
The Spaniard led Arsenal to the Premier League title in May, ending the club’s 22-year wait for the trophy.
Arsenal will begin their 2026-27 campaign against Manchester City in the Community Shield on Sunday.
